These terms govern your use of the Seoul Used Cars Export website and inquiry services. Seoul Used Cars Export is an independent used-vehicle exporter based in Seoul, South Korea, and is not affiliated with Hyundai Motor Company, Kia Corporation or Genesis Motor.
Vehicles, prices, mileage and lot numbers shown on this site are representative samples. Live availability, exact condition and final pricing are confirmed by inquiry before any reservation or deposit.
Listed prices reference the Korean domestic market (K Car / Encar level) and are quoted FOB. Freight, insurance, duties and destination charges are additional and confirmed in writing per shipment.
Orders are confirmed by a commercial invoice. We do not take online card payments; payment is by bank transfer, with the balance due against shipping documents. No order is binding until payment terms are agreed in writing.
We provide an inspection report and photo pack for the exact unit before deposit. Used vehicles are sold as inspected; minor wear consistent with age and mileage is normal and noted where material.
Shipping method (RoRo or container) and routing are agreed per order. Risk and title transfer per the agreed Incoterms stated on the invoice.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the vehicle supplied. We are not liable for indirect losses, port delays or destination-country import rules outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Contact us for any dispute before pursuing other remedies.
